Spaces for Creatives offers a lifestyle as much as a roof over your head. People of all ages, nationalities and occupations inhabit our warehouse living spaces.

Hundreds of professional individuals and self-employed artists, musicians and entrepreneurs occupy our spaces and have benefited from the collaborative spirit of the community over the years.

We consider ourselves to be a forward-thinking landlord, always keen to see tenants develop their skills and benefit from opportunities to showcase their art, projects and installations. In 2012, we partnered with Haringey Arts CIC run by local residents (closed 2018) and together we supported numerous commissions through the Village Fund.

Harinegy Arts was a Community Interest Company that operated from 2008 to 2018 with the aim of improving the artist community within Haringey’s warehouse community. It closed in 2018 having overseen a massive transformation of the warehouse community over the past decade.
They established partnerships with many local organisations such as Provewell Ltd, Bernie Grant Arts Centre, Manor House Development Trust, Harringay Online, West Creative, John Jones, New River Studios, Fountayne Road Creative, Clear Village.
Although Haringey Arts closed down in 2018, the Village Fund is still available to anyone living at: Cara House, Catwalk Place, Overbury Rd and Arena, who can show us that their project will benefit their fellow residents and the neighbourhood and develop the identity of the community.
